Mini Chicken Burgers
No pics of this (yet), but I made the perfect size chicken burgers for the kids the other day. I cooked regular sized chicken nuggets and put them on the mini buns that I got from Superstore. Add some ketchup, cheese, or whatever else they wanted, and voila, mini chicken burgers!!!!
